When I began Personal Training with 24 Hour Fitness in 1996, I never imagined running Portland Adventure Boot Camp for Women years later.
While working as a Certified Personal Trainer at 24hour Fitness in 2005, I discovered the worldwide women’s fitness program called Adventure Boot Camp for Women. While my initial vision for boot camp was co-ed, their business model intrigued me and they were looking for experienced and proven trainers to license.
Now certified by NESTA as an Adventure Boot Camp Instructor, I have the daily privilege of helping a diverse, focused, and interesting group of women, including my wife (yes, she goes to boot camp too).
Camp is a total blast. We work hard. We have fun. We get results. And we do it all together.
Here’s why I’m qualified to get you results:
- I’m a Certified Personal trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Boot Camp Instructor through the National Exercise and Sports Trainer’s Association.
- I’ve worked as a fitness consultant and personal trainer for 13 years.
- I gave daily fitness tips on my top rated radio show, “The Z-100 Noon Workout” on 100.3FM from 2007-2010.
