It’s an old story.
Or a new one.
Depends on how often you watch TV or read magazines like “O”.
Seems Oprah has gained some weight back.
Must be hard on her. So many watching your eating habits.
I can’t imagine.
Well I can’t say, specifically, what affects Oprah… but I’d venture a guess that it is actually very difficult for such a busy woman in the spotlight. And she probably hasn’t learned how to program her self-image for automatic motivation.
(It’s the same technique that keeps her focused on her work successes)
Not only that, but I’m betting she is so busy that it’s tough to find time for a support group to keep her motivated. Like the wonderful support women receive in a group fitness setting.
At any rate, I wonder what would happen…
…if she read all these boot camp blog posts, got inspired, and joined a fitness boot camp for women?
(Warning: Blatant Plug Follows)
Perhaps she would lose up to 12lbs of body fat in her first boot camp like so many women do. And then keep it off for good with the mental programming and motivation techniques we talk about.
I know I could help her. (Call me, Oprah!)
