8 Ways to Speed up Boot Camp Fat Loss

It’s true.

If you are interested burning flab in Portland Boot Camp (or anywhere else)…

Food is either your friend or foe.

It all depends on what and how much you consume.

Consume the right foods in the right amount…

And BAM!

Bye bye extra body fat.

So, to make sure you get there as fast as possible here are 8 tips to point you in the right direction:

  1. Cut the white stuff. Try to avoid rice, pasta, bread, cereal, and sugar.
  2. Consume a lean protein every time you eat. If you are pressed for time get a box of Certified Organic Prograde Craver Nutrition Bars and use them as a healthy snack.  Get Cravers
  3. Don’t drink your calories. Cut fruit juice, pop, alcohol etc.
  4. DRINK MORE WATER. I can’t emphasize this enough.  It is the world’s most potent weight loss drink.
  5. Include more omega-3 fats in your diet.  One of the best strategies is to eat more fish, Omega-3 eggs, walnuts, almonds and flax seed.  I take the highest qulaity Krill oil supplement I can afford.  Learn about it here: Benefits of Krill
  6. Eat more veggies.  Especially raw, cruciferous veggies like broccoli.  In fact, eat them with every meal.  Even breakfast.  (Think 3 egg Omega-3 omelet with spinach and mushrooms..mmmmm!)
  7. Buy a steamer and use it. It cuts veggie cooking time by a huge margin.  Set it and forget it easy.
  8. When eating out, choose a lean protein and veggie dish. Aim for two fists worth of veggies and one worth of protein if you are visual.

There you have it.
